Guests may request for an early check-in from 11 a.m. or late check-out until 2 p.m. at the main lodge, subject to availability.
Required at Check-In:
•Complete check-in and disclaimer forms
•Present a valid ID or passport, and residence permit where applicable
Tourism Fee:
•A tourism fee of €3 per person per night applies to non-residents aged 12 years and above.
Access Details:
•Lodge accessible via a non-asphalted road
•SUV or 4x4 recommended for a smoother journey
•Smaller vehicles can access if driven carefully
•Guests checking in at the lodge with their own vehicles may access the Google Maps link for directions:

Payment Policy:
•Once availability has been confirmed by the Reservations Coordinator, full payment will be required within 48 hours to secure the booking.
Seasonal Closure:
•Ferney Nature Lodge has an annual seasonal closure on specific dates between June and September. During this period, the lodge will not be available for stays. Guests with reservations coinciding with the closure dates will be contacted in advance and offered the option to reschedule their stay to alternative dates or proceed with a full cancellation.
Postponement Policy:
•More than 3 weeks before arrival : No charges, booking rescheduled at guest’s convenience
•Between 1–3 weeks before arrival : 25% charge on accommodation value
•Less than 1 week before arrival : 50% charge on accommodation value
Cancellation Policy:
•More than 3 weeks before arrival : Full refund (100%)
•Between 1–3 weeks before arrival : 50% refund
•Less than 1 week before arrival : No refund
Refund Policy:
•Refunds may take up to 4 weeks.
•Any additional costs (bank or transaction fees) are the responsibility of the client.
